Best Kind of Landing Net

I need to replace the mesh in my slamon landing net.

What do guys think is better - the traditional knotted line with the larger mesh, or the newer, finer mesh, fabric type nets?

The traditional larger mesh work if you are primarily keeping your fish as a rule. I use the newer fabric ( small mesh) and rubber coated for all C&R.

Gibbs has the best replacement webbing-I have 2 nets on the boat Scotty with 6ft handles-Next season I will be running one net with each of the webbing-Release and the other Knotted
