Am/fm/VHF splitters

Anyone have any info on the Shakespeare antenna splitters? Curious if there is any interference between the VHF and radio? I don't realy want add another antenna to the boat if I don't have to and this would save me from having to put more holes in my boat. Thanks Dave

I installed the Shakespeare splitter two years ago and have had no problems with interference or any issuess with either radio.

same here I've had mine for 1 1/2 years and I don't hear any difference in radio or VHF

They work fine. Never any issues in my boat with either radio. Two aerials look cool though.

I just installed a splitter. One to a DSC, the other to the radio. No problems here.

I've had a shakespear splitter fpr 4 years-no problem.

Thanks for the reports. Got the call today to say my splitter came in so I'll pick it up tomorrow. It's nice to know that this thing is going to work before I spend the money.
