Albert Head - Restricted Access Question

Hi all. I'm looking to try some fishing around Albert Head, but I see on Navionics that there's a restricted access zone close to shore. I'm assuming this means I should stay out of there, being a DND site? If so, how far away should I stay from the boundary? I'd like to avoid making a scene..

I am assuming that the "restricted access" is off shore from the Demolitions/Grenade Range ? If they are active there will likely be some indication of it and likely a security vessel or sentry.

No I don't think so. I think that's only by the rocky point area. I guess I'll just make sure I keep some distance and keep a lookout for signs.
