Hatchery fish ladder where they have shown up again.

Just got the alberni times newpaper, on the front page there is talk of a cull on the Somass

The piece I saw on the tv news (6) a couple of nights ago suggested that DFO was willing to look at culling seals at or around any river on the Island.
