50lbs Frozen Herring

Is there still a place around Nanaimo where you can buy 50lbs of frozen herring in a box...
Tried to find the old thread and failed...

theres boxes of frozen pilchards at french crk 17 lbs or something for about 21 bucks we've got hali on them and its good crab bait too they are just in a big block not individual -- nothing like fresh bait for hali though !

That's not bad either, I just cant remember the place in Nanaimo that use to sell the herring.... I called around a little but zilch..

Try 'hub city fisheries' 0n southside drive,south end of naniamo, same street as st. jeans. they usualy have the boxes your looking for in stock.
