30 hp yamaha part

Hi All, i am in need of a tiller handle bracket for my 1989 30hp yamaha outboard,it is the handle that you would lift the motor with and the tiller handle and forward/reverse lever attach too,yamaha shows it unavailable so looking for used parts, if anyone knows a good used parts contact please let me know.

was going to try as a last resort, it is missing a small piece of the aluminium the stops the tiller arm from flopping around,
