The 2011-2013 Fishing Regulations Synopsis is now available at Island Outfitters and probably elsewhere. There are more new regualtions so you might want to get a copy before April 1st when they come into effect.

Just a misread on my part. I thought that it said single hook on artificials. I was a little fuzzy this morning, should have went fishing
