Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

I don't think this has been posted yet but sweet little fishing platform, feedback? Would need a kicker and a trailer.

I seem to remember Sherwood having a hard time moving these and they were discounted heavily when new. Definace used to be tidewater boats out of WA? 1200 hours with no trailer and a missing kicker? Not sure what simrad model is in the dash, but you will want to know to see if you can add autopilot, as it is a pain to catch a fish and have to run into the pilot house to steer, a Lowrance/simrad autopilot might be the cheapest rear steering option at about 3-4k installed. Budget 4-10k for a kicker install depending on if you want a rear steering station. Trailer 8k? Pretty easy to have 100k after taxes into a boat with “higher” hours, even though the engine may be good for 4K hours.

that Weldraft Aluminum is a much better buy in my opinion, but a serious step up.

Thanks Kaelc for your input. Knowledge is power.

That has been for sale for at least half a year, I think it might’ve had a kicker and some other gear when it was listed previously and now they reduced it a bit. The usual knowledgable group on here were commenting on the good and bad of it. To me it looks like a better version of a Parker as far as finish detail goes. Go to the manufacturer site and check out the specs. I saw a used one for sale on craigslist in Washington state that was more expensive than this one would be.

Good price, maybe 75K landed if you get it for 50K US. Dance floor dreamin'. Would beat the Defiance for accessories and trailer. (c'mon 6/49)

Those are Gil Brackets.....not sure if they're still in production.
Some info about Gil.....The old Gil brackets were powdercoated,(they called it Gil-Coat) mild steel tubing, and don't last forever in a saltwater environment.... obviously....they did apparently make some out of aluminum later. The Gil's were the first mass produced, large outboard transom bracket, back in the 80's. Gil is no longer in business.

Wow that is a good looking deal! Brand name with new power/electronics. Nice to have that sun top too. You could run for tuna in that. Not sure if they are self bailing/scuppers? Not a fan of that transom for back trolling and taking a wave over the stern, and that trailer may need to be upgraded especially if you have a tote full of ice and tuna on that deck.

Yes, this has deal written all over it. Not sure if there are scuppers on this Parker, but regarding tuna, some guys prefer bilge pump draining vs self bailing due to drawing sharks attention with tuna blood spilling out the scuppers all day. You think seals are vicious.
