Yellow spots on fish???

    anybody seen yellow spot on spings before?? Vary in size from a dine size to a quarter size looks like yellow spray paint??? I caught 2 from albernie inlet last 2 days that had those any idea??

    It's genetic and onset just before fish head to river. If you google it there is ton of scientific studies on it. It's 100 pecent natural process.

    way more this year with all of us at the gut shack arguing about where they come from...

    I think it would be interesting if someone has data on the yellow spots AND DNA from the same fish. It would be interesting if the yellow spots were genetic or environmental. I wonder if any test fisheries record these data...
