I got some pics of this sent to me. But there wasn't one from the front but I am thinking it is a tiller. It has a shift lever on the side. Very clean looking motor and has a prop guard on it in the pics. If I could swing it I'd be all over this thing. Also has the pull start option.

The motor does not have a tiller. It is a remote model and needs controls. It has electric and pull start which is a nice feature. It is basically a new motor. I am friends with the seller and just answering for him since he is out of town right now. He needs an extra long leg and thats the only reason he's selling this one. A great buy for anyone looking for a good kicker.

I dont have hour meter but once you see it, you will see it's in mint shape.
