Grip tape

    Hey, anyone know where to pick up self adhesive white grip tape local? I'm on the mainland

    Steveston or Wolff Marine maybe. I've see it at most hardware stores as well thought maybe not in white...

    Try an RV place. I bought 16' of it 2.5" wide for under $20. Way less than the marine store wanted

    I bought mine at Gregg Distributors in Nanaimo. I believe there is one in Langley

    Sorry, I missed the white part...the stuff I bought was black.

    Industrial plastics sells vynal grip tape in different colours

    Just looked on ebay, glow in the dark is an option too.

    Yea I bought black. Wanted it local. Didn't want to wait for shipping.

    Canadian tire sells the white stuff very good in their boat section i think it was 12$ for a good two rolls of 4 feet

    Steely Dan is that tape pretty thick? If so where abouts did you get it? I'm going to buy some this week but the stuff I usually buy is about the thickness of sand paper. I've seen the thicker stuff on boats but never for sale. Cheers

    It's about the same as emery cloth. Check your local lumber yard. I got it at a timber-mart

    princess auto X2 ,
    and cheap Kelly , took a beating on my tinnys ,
    still holdin up well , up to 2 in wide too
