Best Way to keep prawns overnight

Hello,

I managed to haul up a nice load of spot prawns tonight, but save them for a birthday party tomorrow, how to I best keep them?

I don't have a live well, and they're on the verge of dying, heads on or off?

Heads off as soon as you pull them outa the trap.

Heads off, wash thoroughly and I mean thoroughly and get them on ice or refrigerate.
May see some blackish liquid, but wash them again the next day and get them into the fry pan!!!
They will be just fine
