My brother-in-law called from Sechelt yesterday to tell me his neighbor got caught by DFO with a Chinook and they fined him $4,300, took his rods and downriggers, and gave him a 10yr ban on fishing and hunting in BC.

Hey Prodjsaig you probably know this but no one showed me that Scotty clips have a "tension adjuster" when I started using downriggers. See the attached pic. It slides back and forth, the position in the picture is the tighter of the 2 settings. Good Luck & Tight Lines!

Fished North arm to T10 from 4 pm to 7 pm with a few newbies from work. Got 2 nice 15's in the boat and 4 pinks. 300+ft of water fishing 50-60ft. They lost a couple few nice springs . Had King Kandy green herring with scent on one side and anchovies on the other both getting equal action...
