Single F350 outboard on GW Gulfstream -
I want to test SDS 4 blade XL offshore prop to get softer shifting, more stern lift and faster planing. Not as concerned with top end speed as rarely go that fast
Is there anywhere in the lower mainland that can do this? I've gone down the road of dealing with Ken from propgods and was unsuccesful. He's a super knowledgable guy, but after testing a couple props and sending them back to him, becoming cost prohibitive.
Current prop is Yamaha SS XL 3 blade 16 1/4 x 19 pitch.
WOT is 5600 RPM
Top speed 44 mph
Cruise 4300 rpm 29-31 mph burning 16-18 gph
Any thoughts I'm all ears
