On 31 July, four of us chartered out of Ucluelet with Kenny Myers (fishmyster.com). Eight hours later, plus a bit which Ken threw in, we had our limit of everything. This guy knows what he is doing, but after 18 years, why not?
I think Ken is 35-ish. Not much fooling around with Ken, just keep the hooks in the water and produce! And that’s exactly what happened!
Ken has a great boat of which he is justly very proud; he did a lot of the refurbishing and upgrading himself. I felt safe, and as a long time pilot (aircraft), I could recognize his competence in negotiating some ‘interesting’ water. The only one who was sea-sick was a 25-year Navy veteran, but that’s another story!
