Did you try Cabelas? They did carry the high and low versions. Poco Marine too.

Cabelas and bass pro have 42” and 60” post guides if that’s what you’re looking for. Might have to custom make something if that’s not what you’re after

[Whole in the Water]

I had these for 15 years, just starting to rust out and need to be replaced now. I put a 5 foot PVC pipes on them and it wotrks great for deep launches and windy days.
