I know on ECVI we have definitely seen a large increase in herring. Which in turn, I can only assume is at least partially the reason for the greatly improved spring fishery we have enjoyed over the last few years. I just didn't know exactly why.
The black hole out there has slowly turned the corner for now anyways ... Lots of krill & improving herring stocks ..perhaps a lot more habitat improvements would be nice ..sure hope it continues
