Not the only lodges. Many on the coast that will still stay open.

I think this could be the beginning of the end. I heard that Haico was offered a takeout of the lodge but have decided Englefield Bay will be off limits to anyone but The Haidi. I guess it is there right, but tough to see this one slip out of sight. The only place to fish the West side of Haidi Gwai will be from Langara. Guess what, they started closing certain areas down up there this year. Friend of mine returned from late August trip, places they used to fish were off limits as they had been designated "tribal waters". Not sure there is anything wrong with that, but the squeeze out may be on.
Glad I fished up there this year, best place on Earth to catch salmon. The Haidi are really smart and on the ball. They run things well I just feel it is too bad there isn't another way. They should put some limits at Langara as there are way to many boats fishing there - complete gong show.
