ha ha, this is the winner of the Rotary Club's Sooke River Raft Race (which I helped organize).

Everyone was pretty shocked when they arrived, paddling this up the river. That's a whole lot of ingenuity ... and materials.

Not sure about downrigger mounts, pretty sure it has drink holders though.

Yeah drink holders are a must! Would be a sick ride to fly fish outta in some lakes.
