I wanted to put the RCA's onto my chartplotter (Garmin 942XS) and couldn't find an easy way to do this. So, I copied the text from each of the RCA's and created CSV files from them. Then, converted these to GPX files using the online converter at https://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert_input. Downloaded each one and imported each one into OpenCPN. Massaged a few since some did not have lat/long points, just areas above or below, east or west of a line. Re-saved them after cleaning them up in OpenCPN, and then imported into the Garmin. These imported as routes. In the Garmin, you can then change each route to a "boundary" to have them appear on the display, and even set up warnings if you cross the boundary lines while fishing.
