Project Fishing Machine (1982 18.5 Grew Center Console)

Hey guys. I'm looking to get rid of my much loved Grew Center Console as she's got rot in the transom and I don't have the time or the know-how to fix her. This is by far the best boat I've ever fished out of. She's killed halibut 20 miles off the west coast and coaxed more silver beauties than should be legal. I don't want to see her stripped for salvage, but right now that seems to be my only option for her. You can check out photos in my usednanaimo ad here:

I really hate putting this post up as I love this boat. But I have to let her go. No trailer or motor. Make me an offer of cash or something in trade and we'll see if we can save her from getting chopped up!

Anyone know what it would roughly cost around Victoria to get the transom fixed? I have a friend on Pender who would be interested.
