Powell River moorage

If any of you Powell River guys could recommend a safe moorage with good rates and good access to gas, supplies etc for a 42' cedar hull troller type boat I would really appreciate it. It would be a yearly lease.. What is the general situation with this type of moorage in Powell River? - easy or hard to find? general costs, hookups etc.

Don't have time to give you the links but the best for everything you want would be westview harbour it's run by the city of powell river. Also check out beach gardens marine and Lund harbour for price comparable I trailer so can't help you there.
I say westview because of the access to supplies they all have fuel and I think westview north harbour is the only locked harbour in town.
