I have a friend who picked up a 23' with twin 150's, he's had it for 4 years, does some guiding and had no issues that I know of.
he's very happy with it. There was a thread last year on Polar boats ( older ones ) and there were issues with there hulls, if I recall
correctly.

Check on The Hull Truth
I had one surveyed - 2005 in S. Carolina. It was okay but apparently some had hull problems: blistering and delam.
Stainless fittings were an option! Get a good surveyor before you get too far along. I bought a 2007 Seafox 256WA that surveyed 100% for about the same $.
Keep in mind the old Polar by Dynasty Marine is not the same as the 'new' Polar Kraft by Godfrey.
