place to work on boat????

Hi Folks:
Anyone have a suggestion on where I could get a Heated unit or shop to rent for a couple months this winter to do some work on my boat. I am in Comox and have a 21 trophy. probably 27ish with tongue and motor. I need heated with power so I can peel out the old silicone and re do, fill a couple chips here and there and give it a good clean and wax. Anywhere in the valley is fine.

I'm not 100 percent sure, but I think there are a couple spaces available just off Hamm road at Hwy 19. Used to be ABC Marine, and I believe Knight Inlet Lodge has their office there as well.
