New Years Eve Dinner

I love prime rib, but after eating slow cooked tough cuts (beef butt?, lamb shoulder, beef cheek) in fancy restaurants three times in Paris last week, we went with a cheap roast braised in wine etc... last night. It was excellent. You got the best of both worlds there FA.
