I've got a mid-1990's Mariner 4hp 2 stroke for sale. This unit has very low hours, was never used in saltwater and pretty much looks like new. It's been resting on a stand in my garage for the last 6 years or so but I mixed a fresh batch of 50:1 yesterday, stuck it in a barrel and it fired right up.
