looking for a couple of saltwater reels....

Hi, just joined your site!!! I'm a member over on HBC and CGN where I have very good trader ratings and use the same user name....we can also chat on the phone.
Anyway, I'm looking for a good large levelwind reel and maybe a large spinning reel as well. I'm headed south for NZ kingfish so we typicaly use 15-25lb braid for spinning and 50-80 lb on the level winds. I'm thinking about a larger Abu, 9000 or 10000, but must be "made in Sweden". Or a smarter choice would be a Shimano TLD, my 25 size? I'm open to spinning reels...gotta have a good drag .
PM me with any ideas or text 250-503-8509

thanks

Larger Abus have a tendency to bind as the side plates flex under heavy drag pressure.

Shimano TLD is a graphite frame again under heavy pressure I have had one rip right off the reel foot they replaced the frame free though.

360 Tuna is a great place for jigging info http://360tuna.com/

Welcome to the site. If your mostly jigging them I would forget about the levelwind and look at some narrow spool Avet's or Accurate's.
