Late 1990's/early 2000 lifetimer question

Hey all,

Anyone out there also have a late 1990's/early 2k's lifetimer 2700? If so, what have you fit in the anchor locker in the front in terms of anchor rode? I bought 225' of rode and 75' of chain, and it seems to be a really tight fit. The locker seems too stuffed, and like I might need to cut off 100' of my beautiful new nylon rode.

On the same note, is 100' of nylon going to be enough and the right material for a tow line? Could I get away with a 75' tow line for emergency?

Yeah I know. I don't want to. It's close to 1/2". Maybe 3/8"? It just seems like my anchor rode locker can't handle that length. The lewmar wants to jam all the time at the end.
