my buddy has a 15 hp 90 ish mariner , needs to convert from tiller shift to side shift ... any one ever done this ??? or have a kit hanging in the shop ????

i converted a 20 hp johnson a couple yrs ago , there is a kit you can buy which makes it quite simple took me about 1.5 hrs to do and i am not overly mechanical
