This guy is one of the squatters in False Creek who somehow came to grief on the Dog Beach @ high tide but in the end he paddled off into the sunset-look closely Yes that is a PFD wrapped around the motor.

Lol , thanks for this. Gotta wonder about people sometimes.
By the looks of that hull, the motor is way too heavy.
That dude standing in the bow seems to be the right amount of ballast.
