I tried this Lime Herb Grilled Halibut recipe on the weekend.

Results were excellent, although I did not wipe off the excess marinade before cooking it, was still great. Used a fish wire grill on the bbq, flipped it once, skin on, tried for a steady bbq temp of 450 degrees, and an internal temp of 128-130 at the thickest part was when I removed it.

My goodness, I used to be a cod lover, now the moistness and translucent finish of perfectly cooked halibut is my favourite.

It passed the flake test. (perfect doneness)

You really do have to not murder Halibut. Looks great!
