Help with pricing a 2017 Yamaha F150LB

Hello, I have a 2017 Yamaha F150LB with 175 hours on it. What does everyone think a fair asking price is on these? Can possibly come with seastar hyd steering. This engine is really clean, inside and out.

Yes I would include the prop and controls
