Help for a friend- boat motor wanted

My friend seems to have blown a cylinder in an older 1997 or 1998 Merc oil injected two stroke outboard. 150hp. zero compression in one hole. he doesn't have the funds to drop new power on the boat, so is looking for something he can drop on a 20' sangster hardtop. the 150 hp was a tad overkill on that hull in my opinion, the boat could easily do 50 mph. i think a 115 is about the smallest he should go. Anyone know of anything for sale out there? Craigslist isn't yielding too much locally. we will have to broaden our horizons into vancouver me thinks. thanks for any help!!

I believe I'm in the same situation. Powerhead damage on an old 140, probably not worth fixing, will know more on the weekend when I open her up. Perhaps we can split the market and I'll go after anything that comes up in the interior?
