Bitchen, great idea. Leave the boat in front of the house. Scoot over to Thrasher whenever you want in 20 minutes....He may be a dick, but, what salmon habitat? Sounds like its politics against a guy with an attitude. You have to believe the dfo resources could be used better elsewhere.
