Forced to sell 20ft fishing boat !

Good day gentlemen,

I have no choice but to put my boat for sale for a few good reasons:
- my partner in the boat passed away last November
- no more storage space
- just by myself not enough financial resources
- looks on my wife's face as soon as she hears the word "boat"

This is the boat:
1991 Marlin, fiberglass 20ft cuddy cabin, Mercruiser 3.7L I/O 165HP
Honda 4 stoke 9.9 manual start kicker with EZsteer system
Fully enclosed canvas and travel canvas
Lowrance color gps/sounder, marine radio, radio/cd player
2 Scotty electric downriggers, 2 batteries, deep cycle and cranking
On Escort trailer single axle, spare tire.

Boat has been sold, however when I bought it it came with a spare kicker:
Mercury 9.9 2 stroke long shaft, manual start, prop guard, 2002/3 brand new at the time.
Since the Honda served me very well I did not use the Mercury at all,
I only started it twice,when I bought the boat and last summer. It is brand new and needs to be broken in.
Comes with wooden stand with wheels. Since the boat is gone I will sell this one too...
Same deal, best decent offers...

A re built engine for this boat is about 2900.00 plus instalation. What will you price the boat at?

Really hard to figure this out, I would like to sell it complete with all safety equipment, trailer, kicker, electronics, downriggers, huge cooler, etc.
This way I do not have to waist more time to sell parts, but if I have no other choice ....
So this being said, I will wait for the best offer as a complete package. I would hope somewhere around 4-4.5k would be good deal since it is about
15% of survey. You gentlemen are welcome to check it out and decide.
