I gotta get a new anchor made up - does 45lb seem about right for the cow or should I go heavier?

I see it all the time. Guys dropping 25lb anchors and it works for them. I don't know , maybe my boats are just hogs or the water I am expecting to stop in requires an 80 pounder at least.
