Good news story so good riddance to that probelmatic boulder. Restricting water flow since 2014 I am sure has done its damage but let's hope Mother Nature is resilient enough to get the steelhead runs to their spawning grounds. I understand there are about 350 steelhead in the system and only about a 3rd we're actually making it to the spawning grounds.
