Cool Idea

It is called a limber and makes backing up one of the most painful driving experiences you can have.

Said by a guy who had to back a FAT with limber and 25 Pounder off and back onto a flat deck trailer.

I wonder if that is legal for use in BC. Is it considered a dolly for carrying a fifth wheel or a separate trailer?

imagine going up the kokahala or i -5 with your suv or half ton pulling a 5000lb plus load .

yeah right or even the woss valley up island to hardy

me thinks dead vehicle trannie ...

may work on the flat lands

I like the idea of keeping the truck box open and free to fill with gear.

Don't see why it would be hard to back up...it is chained tight so it doesn't swing...the wheels steer. 5th wheels are much easier to back up because you can jack them left or right so much sharper before they can jack knife.

Likely considered an "A"train trailer (steering wheels at front of trailer) which has been grandfathered (i.e. no new ones are licensed) in B.C.
