Another vote for Trotac! Was there last evening to pick up a couple things and pay a bill, and once again very impressed with how well they take care of their customers. Friendly, helpful and honest.

Trotac, they really put an effort into customer service. Paul has been exceptional to deal with.
Westshore, I buy one pack of bait there every year, maybe a few trinkets, there is a reason......
PNT, well last time I was there was on the way to Port, my wife and I dropped into buy some gear, service was none existent and the guy behind the counter was F this F that Stupid C etc.
My wife finally said I've had enough of this abuse and pulled me out the door.
Bad day I guess.

Purchase a majority of my fishing gear at Tyee marine in Campbell River. Purchased a bit of stuff from River Sportsman over the years but it seems the knowledgeable staff have found other jobs.
