I'm no expert at chairing meetings but here goes.
Suggestion - keep the meeting moving. (Even a couple sfac members were nodding off last time)
Everyone should get a chance to speak but set a time limit or something.
Gill, I was going to call you but I thought that posting this couldn't hurt.
