Air fryer lingcod... simple and good

I got myself a nice ling on the weekend. I hate making too many extra dishes at the cabin with the flour egg wash thing. I came across a simply one..
Dry the fish, lightly oil it. I used sunflower oil. Roll in seasoned panko then the air fryer. It turned out absolutely fantastic.
I seasoned the panko with dill, smoked sea salt and smoked paprika ( easy to make) and pepper.

400 F for 7-10 minutes. I often check doneness on fish using the non cutting side of a table knife. if it goes through, its done.
