Just bought a 15 last year. Keep in mind this was with a complete new boat so got it some what cheaper. The list for the kicker and controls was $4976.00

I just got a quote on a Merc. 25 the other day, basic model/no controls/3500.00.

Keep in mind Pro Kickers are a little different motor. Long leg, different gearing, bigger alternator.

3 grand is a deal for that. You have my blessings. Good luck finding one right now too. I cant buy engines right now.

Engines do not come with controls anymore. By the time the dust settles your almost 5 g.
