Bought this to put at poett nook but plans have changed and were going to downsize to a camper and skip the nook. Forest river work and play model 30fs. Front slide makes it great for row camping and the heavy axels are great for the rougher roads accessing spots like the nook. Been used twice ever. Ac, full bath, microwave and sleeps 10 with 4 bunks in the 14 foot garage. Plug ins for freezer in garage. 24750, 26000 with new honda generator. Pm for further info. Will entertain trades for equal value items, no junk.
