60 lbs 2006 ?
Last season out of Nootka area...
A 68lb'er last year and a 109lb several years ago
double post sorry
210 lb then 206 lb 5 days later, both from North Island years ago. Back in the day when I did not know better and even sporties could keep large females. We did manage 131, 122, 88, 80 cm last weekend, I do not weight now. Have all pics somewhere?
Caught this beast a few years ago in Nootka. 147lbs
Biggest I ever saw on the west side.....bout 85-90".
Obviously was released last July 187 cm. One of 3 released that day
Geeze that's a pig Shawn!!!
Any estimate on weight?
This is the chart i use for the releasers
According to the chart it worked out to 211 lbs. It was pretty obvious from the get go it was a whole different class of fish. It was an easy release on the 14/0 circle hook
