Yamaha f225 fuel starvation after warming up

I run a 2004 Yamaha four stroke on my boat. Motor starts easily and idles fine at marina. I drive the boat for about 15 kms and the motor still idles fine when coming off plane. Turn off engine to set prawn traps. Restart 20 minutes later the engine starts rough but dies as soon as I accelerate the engine. I was able to get back home by firing up the engine and almost simultaneously shift into gear. Engine runs fine again all the way back to marina. This has happened on a few occasions. Again, this problem only seems to develop after the motor has been run for a while THEN turned off. The motor runs fine at idle immediately after coming off plane. The problem develops only after being turned off. Thinking of changing the in line check valve, vapor lock valve and or the low pressure fuel pump. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
