Yamaha F115 - Complete for Parts

2004 Yamaha F115, around 450 hours, complete unit for parts, compression is low in one cylinder, has significant blow by, runs very rough, likely the injectors as the engine mounted fuel filter let go

I’m getting a new outboard for my boat, and this old one is already off just sitting in my garage.

I’m in the Victoria area. Pick up only. No delivery. Make me an offer for the whole unit only. I want it gone fast. The next stop is the scrap metal bin.
