I heard returns have to be under 500k to stop FSC, I have not confirmed this but

Absolutely sickening....we should have 500000 back to the Harrison alone!
Opening for chum past the Harrison? Are they purposely telling them to Harvest interior coho and steelhead?

Guess roe for sturgeon fishing and the overseas market is worth more our endangered coho and steelhead!

I guess on this next cycle people will still be wondering where the chum went?
