WTB 6 to 9.9 HP kicker - Comox/Parksville area

Had good luck finding my sister some bottom fishing gear on here (thanks Aces) so I’ll try again to find them a kicker.

Looking for a kicker for a 17’ lifetimer so 6 or 9.9 HP would be fine. It won’t be used for trolling but needs to be reliable.
Can pick up from Parksville to Campbell River.

does it need a tiller?
I have a gem. A 1994 era 9.9 yamaha that has been stored for over 20 years, I bought it from an older guy wAAAYyy back in 2001 and he told me only used it for about 20 hours, I have used it even less. I also have remote controls, throttle, ignition.
This year was one of their first and Yamaha sometimes put a 9.9 housing on a 15 hp. Oh it is a 4 stroke and the last time I had it running it purred.

No tiller
