Winchelsea Island Fishing

Wanting to head over to the winchelseas for a fish tomorrow. Looked at my navionics and.it shows "anchoring and fishing prohibited". Is this only when they are active? And when do you know if they are active? An insight on this would be great because I hear if people fishing there.

They post active times on the vhf weather channels ; alternatively they (winchelse control) can be reached on vhf 10 - when "active" no civilian access - when open, normal rules apply

Fish the top side along the dropoff, along the outside down about 1/3 of the way and through the gut on the inside. No problems there, and if bait around enjoy your day.
