widgeon lake

so me and some buddies are taking a float-plane into widgeon(i think thats how its spelt) lake near pitt lake for their birthdays. Now I have heard this lake is good fishing but im just wondering if anybody can confirm this or give me any info about the types of fish or actually any info at all... thanx
